Gopichand's most recent film, Bhimaa, was produced with a substantial budget. Given Gopichand's string of failures, the police play needed to succeed at any costs. When it was first shown in theatres on March 8, the movie didn't do well. The OTT rights to the movie have been acquired by Disney + Hotstar, as we at OTT play have already revealed.

According to the most recent information, April 25, 2024 has been set as the date for the digital distribution. It was on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi that Hotstar made its unexpected news regarding Gaami's OTT release. It was reported that Bhimaa, which did poorly at the box office, would be available on over-the-top platforms within a month of its premiere. However, that did not occur, and April 25 is the new release date.

This Rs 25 crore film was directed by the well-known Kannada filmmaker Harsha. This is Gopichand's highest point to date in his career. His film's production company, Sri Satya Sai Arts, has made headlines lately when they were able to get a hefty OTT deal.

Bhimaa's pre-release business was set at Rs 14 crore globally, but regrettably, the action drama failed to gross even Rs 10 crore and was pulled from theatres after just one weekend. Starring Priya Bhavani Shankar and Malavika Sharma, the film features a semi-fantasy atmosphere that is packed with suspenseful action sequences.
